My Leadership Philosophy

I believe people are the heart of an organization. I treat others how they would like to be treated based upon business needs, and I strive to be selfless – giving countless hours to ensure my team is successful. My approach is to hire not only for skills and experience, but also mindset. I believe in setting clear expectations and engaging in on-going performance conversations. I value culture and engagement with an emphasis on integrity and open communication. I embrace change, challenge, ownership, and I assume positive intent. Given the nature of my work, I understand the importance of balancing confidentiality and transparency as they are not contradictory, but rather complimentary when done with good will. Finally, I lead from a place of sincerity and empathy. I know how to remove obstacles out of my team’s way, create growth and development opportunities, and I believe fun is a key factor!
